BUT, it works.
What would the world be like if Marijuauna if were legal?
Right now, that’s what the Liberals are trying to do. So many people do it already when it’s illegal. Question is, would more people start doing it because it’s easier to access it or would less people do it because it’s not as “bad-ass” as it once was.
